I'm writing this argumentative essay about whether or not the NCAA should pay college athletes or not, and I'm conceding that I know they have to do much more than regular students but I don't really know what. Thanks for you help in advance. Today I found out that… Training (both on and off season), games, practices, conditioning, bringing a positive image to the school (assuming their sport gets aired), and sometimes volunteer work. Careful with that argument though. If you pay one college athlete, you have to pay them all. Even the ones that play less popular sports that don't get media attention.
